The most useful thing you can send us is a store whose breakfast hours on this site were wrong, with the address and the date you visited. That is how listing errors by operators get flagged and how our own mistakes get fixed.
Report an hours error
Email hours@wendysbreakfasthours.us or use the form below with:
- Street address and city of the Wendy's (or the locations.wendys.com link)
- Date and approximate time
- What happened (e.g., "breakfast ended at 10:00, site said 10:30"; "store opens 10:00 now, no breakfast")
We compare the report against the store page, the Wendy's app and Google, then either correct the page (parsing error on our side), annotate the store as "operator listing disputed," or reply with what the store's own page says if it matches ours. Verified corrections are noted on the news log.
Other enquiries
- Press or data requests — the state and store-level CSVs are free to reuse with attribution; email data@wendysbreakfasthours.us for the raw monthly snapshots.
- Franchisees and store managers — if your listing on locations.wendys.com is out of date, the fix is on Wendy's side (Yext listing via your franchise business consultant); once it changes there, it changes here on the next census. Tell us and we'll re-check your store early.
- Wendy's customer service — we are not Wendy's. For orders, refunds, app problems or complaints about a restaurant, use wendys.com/contact-us or 1-888-624-8140.
