Calories from the national menu; a franchise may show slightly different figures for regional recipes. Where you see 730 cal for the Breakfast Baconator on other sites, that is the older nutrition figure; the national menu currently lists 630.

What's on each sandwich

• Breakfast Baconator — a sausage patty, a freshly cracked egg, six strips of Applewood-smoked bacon, two slices of American cheese and Swiss cheese sauce on a bun. Wendy's highest-protein breakfast sandwich (about 34 g) and the item most associated with the 2020 launch.
• Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit — crispy white-meat chicken fillet with maple honey butter on a buttermilk biscuit. Renamed from Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit in 2025; recipe unchanged. Wendy's most-ordered breakfast item by most accounts.
• Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant — chicken fillet, Applewood bacon and maple butter on a croissant; the sweetest savory sandwich on the menu (13 g sugar).
• Sausage / Bacon, Egg & Swiss Croissant — grilled sausage or bacon, fresh-cracked egg and Swiss cheese sauce on a flaky croissant.
• Sausage / Bacon / Egg & Cheese Biscuits — fresh-cracked egg and American cheese on a buttermilk biscuit, with sausage, bacon or neither.
• Sausage Gravy & Biscuit — a split biscuit under country sausage gravy; the one biscuit item served with a fork.
• Breakfast Burritos (Bacon or Sausage) — added nationally January 2024: folded eggs, cheese, seasoned potatoes and Swiss cheese sauce in a flour tortilla; the burrito is the one egg item not made with a freshly cracked egg, per Wendy's.
• Homestyle French Toast Sticks — added 2022; served with syrup; 4- or 6-piece, also in a combo.
• Cinnabon Pull-Apart — Cinnabon-branded pull-apart pastry with cream cheese frosting; launched February 2024 and sold at breakfast and, at most stores, all day from the Bakery menu.

When each item is available

Every food item above is breakfast-only: sold from opening to 10:30 AM (11:00 at 208 weekend stores), then gone until the next morning. There is no breakfast item that carries into lunch — Seasoned Potatoes are replaced by fries at the switch, biscuits by buns. Exceptions and edge cases:

• Coffee and cold brew — all day at every breakfast store; hot coffee also all day at most stores that dropped breakfast.
• Cinnabon Pull-Apart — appears on both the breakfast Sides & Sweets menu and the all-day Bakery menu, so it's the one breakfast-menu pastry you can buy at 3 PM.
• Frosty — a lunch item; usually not ready until 10:00–10:30 because the machine is sanitized overnight. The cold brews with cream are made with Frosty-style creamer, not from the machine, and don't have that limitation. Details: can you get lunch during breakfast hours?
